Sushi salad with weak-salted sockeye salmon

Салат Суши с неркой слабосоленой

Method of preparation.

Sheets of nori cut two even circle. Rinse the sushi rice, boil in the ratio of 1:1.5. It should not stick together. Allow it to cool. One lap put cooked rice. Fill the wasabi powder with water and mix well. Apply a thin layer over the rice. Next layer: sliced cucumber and nerve. Put on top of rice. Then again cucumber with chopped avocado, season with sauce. The last layer will be pieces of sockeye salmon, sprinkled with sesame seeds on top. Bon appetit!
