Our company has gained wide popularity among the professional players of the wholesale and retail market of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasus Federal District.

We started our activity with the organization of a wholesale base specializing in the trade of fresh-frozen fish (2001).

In 2002, the first fish-smoking shop was opened. Since that time, we have achieved significant results. Strong trust and long-term relationships have developed with business partners.

The opening of our new plant took place in March 2011. According to independent experts, there are no similar fish processing enterprises of this level and technical equipment in the South of Russia. All the equipment is German, Swedish, Belgian and Italian. It is energy efficient, productive, technologically sound and environmentally friendly. The plant is one of the three best industrial production sites in the country. Sanitary and hygienic standards are carried out rigorously, since it is the quality of My Sea products that largely depends on this.

This was achieved by:

• organization of full cycle production;
• application of the most advanced technologies and equipment;
• organization of a multistage process of control and quality assurance of products in accordance with technological regulations and SanPINNs;
• providing a sterile environment and standard temperature conditions in production areas and storage chambers;
• automation of most processes.
• We pay great attention to the choice of raw materials (the company always uses only high-quality fish and seafood from Russia, Iceland, Norway, etc.). The products produced "My Sea" undergoes rigorous control in a laboratory equipped with special equipment.

Thanks to the modern processing system, our products preserve the taste and all the nutrients contained in the fish. At salting, brine, cooked according to traditional recipes, is used. When smoking, only natural chips of certain hardwoods are used.
